Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. We kindly ask guests to respect these times to allow proper preparation of the villa for incoming guests.

Smoking Policy

All Moon Villas Lanzarote properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, including bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our vacation homes. The only exception is certified service animals, which must be communicated in advance and accompanied by proper documentation.

Maximum Occupancy

Each villa has a clearly defined maximum occupancy, which must be respected at all times. Hosting additional guests without prior written approval from Moon Villas Lanzarote is not permitted.

Noise and Consideration

To ensure a peaceful environment, guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00). Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents at all times.

Property Care

Our villas are maintained to a high standard, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care. The villa should be kept in a reasonable and tidy condition during your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Pool and Hot Tub

Some villas offer access to private pool and/or hot tub facilities. Guests must use these amenities responsibly and in accordance with safety guidelines. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Security

For your safety and privacy, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa. Moon Villas Lanzarote cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Parties and Events

All Moon Villas properties are intended for relaxation and quiet enjoyment. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance.

Compliance with Local Laws

Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay. Any illegal activities or behavior that disturbs the peaceful environment may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
